In March 2024 the county amended its own plan to allow further subdivision of  A-3 lots created before February 8, 2000. Now Concord seeks to amend the Town Plan to specify that the Town of Concord will not subdivide those A-3 lots. The Town Plan already does not allow this (we follow the 2021 county plan), but this amendment will reinforce and clarify the Town policy.
