TOWN OF CONCORD PLAN COMMISSION MINUTES

September 27, 2023

The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. with Plan Commission members Jim Gilbert, Sally Williams, Kim Miller, Lloyd Zastrow, and Dave Wegner present. Town supervisor Kim Herro was also present.

The meeting was opened with the Pledge of Allegiance.

Sally Williams stated that the meeting had been properly posted.

Jim Gilbert made a motion to approve the minutes from the April 26, 2023 & August 23, 2023 meetings, second by Dave Wegner. All approved. Motion passed.

The committee worked on reviewing and updating Town Ordinances Ch. 1: General Government and Ch. 2: The Governing Body. Revisions in Ch. 1 were primarily updates to the list of appointed officials to reflect current town practices. Ch. 2 was revised to reflect current town practices in posting and scheduling meetings. References to state statues were also updated. Kim Miller will edit these chapters and update language so that it is gender neutral.

With no further business, Lloyd made a motion to adjourn, second by Jim. Meeting adjourned at 8 p.m.
