The annual budget hearing of the Town of Concord was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Bill Ingersoll, Lloyd Zastrow, Brian Neumann and Jim Zastrow present. Dale led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Brian Neumann certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Dale Konle and seconded Bill Ingersoll by to accept the agenda as presented. The motion carried with a voice vote.
Brian Neumann and Jim Zastrow review the proposed 2023 Budget. The budget is roughly 1% different from last year. We are receiving slightly more revenue due to the increase in state aid. The Town Board is proposing increasing the salaries of the Town Board. The increase in salaries was determined using the Wisconsin Towns Association Annual Salaries Survey. This increase keeps us in line with towns of similar size.
There was a motion by Tom Williams and seconded by Roxanne Butler to approve the new salaries for the Town Board and Town Employees. The motion carried with a voice vote.

There was a motion by Sally Williams and seconded by Bill Ingersoll to adopt the 2023 Budget as proposed. The motion carried by a voice vote.
There was a motion by Sally Williams and seconded by Dale Konle to approve the 2022 Mill Rate at 0.002195244. Motion carried by a voice vote.
