A special meeting of the Town of Concord board was called to order by Dale Konle, Chairman, with Bill Ingersoll, Lloyd Zastrow present.

Dale Konle certified that the meeting had been properly posted.

There was a motion by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to accept a bid from Midwest Electric to run an electrical service from the Community Center Boiler room to four heating/air conditioning units placed outside of each class room. The bid is for $6340.00.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Bill Ingersoll and seconded by Dale Konle.
