The regular monthly meeting of the Town of Concord was called to order by the Chairman Bill Ingersoll with Lloyd Zastrow, Ted Mueller, Jim Zastrow and Karen Zastrow present. Bill led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Karen Zastrow, Deputy Clerk, certified that the meeting had been properly posted. There was a motion by Lloyd Zastrow, seconded by Ted Mueller to accept the agenda as presented. Affirmative: Bl, LZ, TM. Opposed: None Motion Carried.
Karen Zastrow read the minutes from the May board meeting; there was a motion by Ted Mueller, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow to approve the minutes as read; motion carried.
Brad Bowen from the Great Lakes Fire and EMS gave an update to the board and said that the new ambulance will be arriving soon.
The Board approved a motion by Ted Mueller, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to grant a zoning request from Dave Staude.
The Board approved a motion by Bill Ingersoll, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to grant a zoning request from Joshua Spriglhoff.
Jim Zastrow stated in his report that there is a balance of $7,348.57 in the General Fund, $183,774.71 in the Money Market Account and $6,437.43 in th? ?quipment Fund. There was a motion by Ted Mueller, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to approv.e the report as read.
There was a motion by Ted Mueller, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to pay the bills as presented.
The Board approved a motion by Bill Ingersoll, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to table the Homeview road issue until the July board meeting.
The Board approved a motion by Bill Ingersoll, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to table the bridge culvert issue until the July board meeting.
The Board approved a motion by Bill Ingersoll, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried to grant the annual licenses to the Concord House, the Concord Inn and the Concord General Store.
The Board approved a motion by Ted Mueller, seconded by Bill Ingersoll and carried to approve the operators licenses as presented.
The Board will meet on June 13, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. to do the Mobile Home Inspection and to examine the bridge culvert.
With no further business, the Board approved motion by Ted Mueller, seconded by Lloyd Zastrow and carried.
